Design & proposal
Written proposal — network diagram, equipment BOM, licenses, timeline, milestone-based pricing. Vendor options where multiple make sense.
Cabling & hardware
Structured cabling install, patch panel and rack setup, switch/firewall/AP installation, server rack build. Physical infrastructure first.
Configuration & go-live
Network configuration, VLAN setup, firewall rules, server OS install, backup configuration, workstation provisioning. Then user testing and go-live.
Documentation & handover
Complete network diagram, IP scheme, credentials vault, backup schedules, licensing register, warranty details. Handed over — you own your infrastructure.
AMC or Managed IT
Most deployments transition into AMC or managed IT — continuous coverage, preventive maintenance, and direct Priority Support Line for urgent issues.
