Workload assessment & sizing
What the server needs to do. Concurrent users, applications, storage growth, backup windows, uptime requirements. Right-sized spec — not oversized (wasteful) or undersized (bottlenecked).
Procurement & delivery
We can supply via Dell/HP/Lenovo channels, or you procure directly. Either way — we coordinate warranty registration, delivery scheduling, and site readiness before hardware arrives.
Physical installation
Rack mounting (tower or rack), power distribution, UPS integration, network cabling, cable management, labelling. Server room prep coordination — cooling, physical security, power redundancy.
RAID & storage configuration
RAID level selection (1/5/6/10 based on workload), hot spare configuration, storage pool design, LUN/volume planning. Configured for the right balance of performance, capacity and fault tolerance.
Hypervisor / OS install
VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or Proxmox for virtualization. Windows Server or Linux for bare-metal roles. Domain integration, patch level bring-up, driver installation, initial hardening.
Application & data migration
Migrating from old server or cloud. Application installation, data copying with integrity verification, permission migration, DNS cutover, user acceptance testing. Planned migration windows to minimize disruption.
Backup configuration
Backup software deployment (Veeam, Nakivo, Vinchin, Acronis, or open-source), target storage configuration, schedule design, retention policies. Initial backup + tested restore before go-live.
Security hardening
Baseline security configuration, firewall rules, admin account restructuring, patch level baseline, audit logging, service account minimization. Right-sized security for business size and risk.
Documentation & handover
Complete document package: hardware sheet, network diagram, credentials vault, RAID configuration, backup schedule, licensing register. 90-day post-deployment support included.

Active Directory & file server
User authentication, group policy, network file shares with permissions. Windows Server 2019/2022/2025. Often the first server for growing businesses. Simple, well-understood, high-value.
Database server
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MariaDB. Sized for concurrent connections, database size, transaction volume. Storage layout critical — separate data, log, tempdb for performance.
Application server
Tally ERP servers, custom business applications, web application servers, mail servers. Common in trading, manufacturing, professional services sectors.
Virtualization host
Consolidating multiple physical servers into VMs. VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or Proxmox. Better hardware utilization, easier backup, faster recovery. Often replaces 3-5 aging physical servers with one modern host.
Storage server / NAS
Central file storage, backup targets, media storage. TrueNAS Scale on server hardware for enterprise-grade storage without enterprise-grade pricing. Or Windows Storage Spaces for Windows-centric shops.
Backup server
Dedicated backup infrastructure. Veeam or Nakivo backup server + backup storage. Immutable backup targets for ransomware protection. Off-site replication configuration.

Procurement
Order placed with OEM channel. Delivery typically 5-15 business days depending on model. Site prep completed in parallel.
Install & configure

Migration & go-live
Data migration, application deployment, user testing, DNS cutover, production go-live. Documentation handover. 90-day support kicks in.
